You can find 'How to Use' on any of our oils by going to shop.vibrantblueoils.com and searching the product. When you're on the specific product you're looking for, just under the 'add to cart' button there are some tabs, one of them says 'How to Use'.
For Circadian Rhythm, apply behind the top of the ears on skull and to the apex of the skull on top of the head immediately before bed. This oil is very strong, do not apply or smell before driving or operating heavy machinery.
