Should I rub Vibrant Blue Oils products in after I apply the oil? Circulation™
Apply it means to me put the drop on my skin and gently spry it with my fingers on the site, no rubbing it. I bought kit, that I have nor receive yet, but I want to apply it right to be effective. Thank you.
