I am really sensitive to smells. Does the Vibrant Blue Oils anti inflammatory blend have a strong perfume scent?

That is a little hard to answer because what is strong to one person may not be to someone else. I love the scent of the anti-inflammatory but it may be strong to someone who is super sensitive. If you get it and you can't handle the scent, you are welcome to return it within 30 days for a full refund.
