How do u use several oils. Most say over the liver. Do u mix them

If the specific instructions for the oils you are using says to apply over the liver, it would be acceptable to do so with more than one oil. We do recommend you stick to only 3 oils at a time so as to not overwhelm your system. You can also apply to the bottom of the feet with most oils.
